APR Course for Leader Trainers concludes
25th October 2009, Kuala Lumpur - The seven-day Asia-Pacific Region Course for Leader Trainers held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia concluded on 25th October 2009 providing the participants with knowledge, skills and innovations that are appropriate and applicable to the needs of trainers in their respective National Scout Organizations.

The training course, which is the highest level of training of trainers also served as a medium in strengthening the existing bonds and good relationship among Asia-Pacific Scouters and Leaders, had 40 participants including the overseas trainers comprised of Paul Parkinson (Australia), Reiko Suzuki (Japan), Andrew Hill (United Kingdom), Warren Edis (Canada), Noor Hashim bin Ismail (Malaysia) and Lau Hoi Lin (Malaysia).
At the closing ceremony, Regional Chairman Jejomar C. Binay gave the closing remarks before Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia Chief Scout Commissioner Dato Haji Kaharuddin Momin as Chief Guest. Also present were World Scout Committee Vice-Chairman Simon Hang Bock Rhee, APR Adult Resources Sub-Committee Chairman Reiko Suzuki and the course staff and participants.
