Five people were elected to a six-year term from 2009 to 2015. They were: Azrul Azwar (Indonesia), Chao Shou Po (Scouts of China), Sang Ho Shim (Korea), Shree Ram Lamichhanne (Nepal), Nicholas Tang (Singapore).

Continuing their mandate in the Regional Scout Committee for the remaining three years are Dr. Mohammed Mukhyuddin, Vice-chairman (Malaysia); Prakorb Mukura, Vice-Chairman (Thailand); Syed Pervez Ali Shah Jillani (Pakistan); M Fazlur Rahman (Bangladesh) and Manabu Hiratsuka (Young Adult Members Group).

Committee members who are completing their term at the conference are Mohammed Ali Khalid (India), Tan Cheng Kiong (Singapore), John Ravenhall (Australia), Dr. Yung Chaur-Shin (Scouts of China) and Oh Sang Gyoon Oh (Republic of Korea).

The Committe's guidance has made the Scouting more active in the region through its strategies and policies that will make high quality Scouting in the region widely implemented across the region.
